Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Tashe Perfume. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.

Returns:
• Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 3 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the perfume must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
• Non-returnable items: We cannot accept returns on opened or used perfumes due to hygiene and safety reasons. Additionally, items purchased on sale or with discount offers are non-returnable.

Refunds:
• Processing time: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
• Partial Refunds: If the returned perfume is damaged, opened, or not in its original condition, a partial refund may be issued depending on the condition of the item.

Exchanges:
• We currently do not offer exchanges. If you’d like a different fragrance, we recommend initiating a return and placing a new order.

How to Return:
1. Contact us at tasheperfume@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order.
2. Provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
3. We will provide return instructions and a return shipping address.

Shipping Costs:
• You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item unless the product was defective or an error occurred with your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at tasheperfume@gmail.com, and we will provide a resolution, including a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.
